About Pre booking your parking;

It pays to book in advance as the pre-booking rate at many airport car parks can be as much as 50% cheaper than the gate price.

Using our comparison site means you will be able to compare the cost of parking at on and off airport car parks (this may not include smaller airports such as Liverpool). Off airport car parks are generally cheaper than the on site car parks, but transfers to the airport can take a little longer.

How Secure are the Car Parks?

On and Off-airport car parks are normally accredited with AA secure car park awards issued by the Police. Most car parks have a combination of security patrols, high level fencing, barriers and CCTV.

Can I book at short notice?

Yes, even on your day of departure. We are able to confirm your booking by email. If you do not have access to a printer make a note of your booking reference and quote it on your arrival.

Where can I find directions to the car park on the website?

Full directions are given on each individual parking page within our site, just click here for the complete list of Liverpool Airport car parks, where you can find full directions on the information pages or there are details on the booking confirmation that we will email to you following your booking.

Is there an extra discount for booking more than one car at a time?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer discounts for multiple car bookings. This is because all prices quoted are per vehicle and are at a discounted rate. The discounts amount to up to 60% for hotel bookings and 50% for airport parking bookings.

How do I obtain a Vat or Credit/Debit Card receipt?

If you require a receipt, call the parking privider direct using the numbers on our contact us page, mention your booking reference.

Will I receive a confirmation of booking by post?

This option is available on the page where you enter your payment details with some providers. Click on the box and a confirmation will be sent through the post.

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes, please send in a letter with; your Name, Address, Tel No, Dates; details of product required.This should be sent direct to the the parking provider whose car park and price you have chosen. (Note that we cannot however guarantee availability of your chosen product by the time your cheque arrives.)

Why is a week calculated as 8 days and two weeks calculated as 15 days?

One day is calculated as a whole or part of day. A Monday to Monday trip is calculated as 8 whole days. Therefore a two week trip would be 15 days inclusive.

What is "Meet and Greet" or "Personal Parking"?

A Meet and Greet service includes a driver to collect your car on your arrival at the terminal and parking. On your return to the airport a driver will be at the designated point with your car ready for your onward journey home. This service is also refered to as 'Valet Parking'. The driver parks your car at a secure airport car park.
